What Do We Do During The Summer?

This summer, let's create a community of growth and discovery! We're dedicated to helping our students build essential life skills, like respect, teamwork, and making positive choices. We encourage them to express gratitude and value their resources, all while having a wonderful time.

Our weekly Reading and Math Club, powered by dedicated volunteers and in partnership with Placentia's Community Center, keeps the learning going with engaging games and curriculum.

And because summer is about fun, we're planning movie nights, beach outings, sports events, pool parties, and educational field trips! We're also thrilled to sponsor summer camp experiences for our program participants. Join us for a summer filled with learning, laughter, and lasting connections.

Elementary School Students Summer Program:

 

Gomez Center

TUESDAY & THURSDAY
June 30th - July 23rd
9:45 am - 3:00 pm
Come serve with us and help our kids develop and continue their reading and math skills skills. You will come alongside the program coordinator and help facilitate small study groups. Inspiring a love of reading and math this summer requires caring volunteers.

LOT318 is looking for mentors to work with our High School Summer Facilitator. Meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays, volunteers with work with the leader to provide practical ways to model and equip the next generation of leaders!
