What do we during the summer?

Throughout our summer programs we strive to encourage our students’ life skills. We do this by keeping opportunities open for learning the value of respect and teamwork. We urge our students to make right choices, write letters of gratefulness, and keep things clean and tidy to value themselves and the resources available to them!

We continue our education programs throughout the summer with our 100% volunteer-run weekly Reading and Math Club. We partner with Placentia’s Community Center and learn through fun, educational games and curriculum.

In addition to our education program, we host movie nights, beach days, sports events, pool parties, and educational field trips.

We also sponsor our students who have participated in the Summer Program to go to summer camp with local organizations.
